ATHLETE: Semi-Private

Are you looking to improve your speed and performance??  Working with athletes since 2011, we have worked athletes of all ages and backgrounds, including professional, college and youth athletes. 

Lab Sports Performance Speed and Performance program is the program for athletes looking to take their speed and game to the next level. We believe anyone can become faster with good assessment, training program and coaching.

Our performance program is designed for athletes of all levels to develop the speed, power and strength they need to compete at their highest level in their sport(s). 

Individualized Program:  

Every athlete is unique in their own way and we believe your program should reflect that.  We will go through a series of questions and tests to design an program that will take into account where you are currently, goals and injury history.  From this information we will design your individualized program. 

Resources

Lab Sports Performance has partnered with the USR (Universal Speed Rating) that will allow our staff to track your peak speed and compare your results to other athletes around the country.  

Proven Technique

Our program is based on proven speed training techniques that have been used by top athletes and coaches for decades.  From sprint mechanics to plyometrics, we'll teach you the techniques that will help you become a faster, more explosive athlete.
