SEMI-PRIVATE

ADULT: Semi-Private - Process

The Semi-Private program is designed based on your needs and goals. We want to set you up for success by meeting you exactly where you are so we can help you to your goals as quickly as possible.   

Before starting a LAB Semi-Private Training program, every client will go through a FMS (Functional Movement Screening) assessment.  This will show us exactly how we can help you — but more importantly, where we need to begin you in your training program to ensure success. 

During the assessment process, we want to get as much information as possible.  We gather this information (schedule, upcoming events, other commitments) along with the information gathered in the movement screening to individualized a program specifically for them.  

The Adult Semi-Private program at LAB Sports is designed to help you move better and feel healthier than ever before. Each program is designed for your specific training level and goals. Our coaches and community will motivate and encourage you to reach your goals!

The Semi-Private program are available from one, two or three times a week depending on your training goals and schedule.

 

Each session is led from start to finish by a performance specialist who will guide and motivate you through your training session. 

At LAB Sports Performance, we design and coach programs to ensure health and longevity for our adult clients and athletes alike.
